on the prosecution of William Bennett< no role >
upon suspicion of Horse Stealing

William Bennett< no role > of Walworth in the County of Surry the above
named prosecutor maketh oath and saith, that in the month of
March last this Deponent was bound by Recognizance to prosecute
the said John Nunnelly< no role > alias John Green< no role > on suspicion of stealing a
black Golding at the parish of Saint Andrew Holborn in the City
of London And this Deponent saith that he was so much
indisposed as to prevent his being able to give his attendance to find
the bill of Indictment either on Wednesday the twenty Second day
of April or Thursday the 23rd or Friday the twenty fourth, and on
Saturday the twenty fifth this Deponent was informed that no
business was done in the Court on thursday therefore he beingby thesomewhat better
attended on Saturday Evening with the Witnesses to prefer the said
Indictment when he was informed that the Grand Jury were about
two minutes before dischargedAnd this Deponent further saith
that he did not neglect to prosecute the said John Nunnelly< no role > alias
John Green< no role > from or through favour or Affection or for any other
reason whatever than as abovementioned.
