acting in and for the City of London and the Liberties
thereof in their General Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Leonard Shoreditch in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order of
Removal under the Hands and Seals of John Boydell and
John Wilkes< no role > Esquires Two of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace acting in and for the City of London and the
Liberties thereof (One Whereof being of the Quorum) bearing
Date the Twenty Fourth day of January last past Thomas
Barwick
< no role > together with Elizabeth< no role > his Wife and William< no role >
his Son aged near Nine Years were removed and conveyed
from and out of the Parish of Saint Alphage near Sion College
London to the said Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch in the
County of Middlesex as the place of their last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners therefore Conceive
themselves Aggrieved by the said Pass Warrant
or Order of Removal and Do humbly Appear
against the same And pray such Relief in
the premises As to your Worships shall seem Meet

And your Petitioners shall Pray Etca.
