& the Liberties thereof, whom these may

These are in his Majesty's Name to command you
and every of you the said Constables, forthwith safely to
convey and deliver into the Custody of the said Porter the
Body of

Majesties Justices of the Peace
in and for the said City and
Liberties by the Oath of

with being a Rogue
and Vagabond for having after the passing of a certain Act
of Parliament Intituled "An Act to render more effectual
"the Laws now in being for suppressing unlawful Lotteries"
to wit on the twentieth day of February in the year of our Lord
one thousand seven hundred and eighty eight
at Number
Seventy four Gracechurch Street
in the said City taken and
received of and from the said

the Sum of
Eleven pence of lawful Money of Great Britain and in
consideration thereof then and there promising and agreeing
to repay the said

the Sum of One Guinea
of like lawful Money if a certain Ticket Number Ninety
two should be drawn fortunate or unfortunate on the tenth
day of drawing of the present English State Lottery contrary
to the form of the Act of Parliament in such Case made and
provided And therefore we Do adjudge the said

the said Porter are required to receive and him in your Custody
safely to keep until the next General Sessions of the Peace
to be holden at the Guildhall
