To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the peace
in their General Session of the peace at Guildhall
in and for the City of London Assembled-

The Humble petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the parish of Saint Marylebone in the County
of Middlesex -

Sheweth


That by virtue of an Order or pass Warrant under the Hands and Seals
of the Right Honorable John Burnell< no role > Esquire Lord Mayor of the said City and
Brass Crosby< no role > Esquire two of his Majestys Justices of the peace for the said
City and Liberties thereof (one being of the Quorum) bearing date the Sixteenth
day of February One thousand Seven hundred and Eighty eight , Phoebe Dell< no role > the
Wife of William Dell< no role > who had deserted her and her Child John< no role > aged about nine
Months were removed and Conveyed from and out of the parish of Saint Bride
in the said City of London unto the said Parish of Saint Mary lebone as the
place of the last Legal Settlement of the said Phoebe< no role > and her said Child

That Your Petitioners Conceiving themselves aggrieved by the said
Order or pass Warrant of the said two Justices Do therefore appeal to
Your Worships therefrom And humbly pray that your Worships will
hear them in the promises touching the said Appeal
