Labourer take
before me one of his Majestys Justices of the
peace in and for the said County
Who being upon Oath saith that he keep a House
in Glass house Yard
aforesaid that on Thursday night last
the Eighth of November inst (last week Nine and Ten oClock
the Window of his one pair of Stans Room which was fastened down with a knife was
burglariously broke and Entered and One Childs
frock One Skirts One Black Skirt Two boys Shirts
One Childs Shifts One Woman's Shift One Apron One
Check Apron One Handkerchief Two Shirts Two Stockings
one Waistcoat One Childs Robe&One Sheet and One pin afore the
property of this Informant were feloniously taken
and Carried away therein, And this Informant
further upon his Oath saith that a Waistcoat a
coloured Apron two Worsted Stockings one Black Silk Stocking Two Childrens frocks
one pocket Handkerchief One Childs Skirt one Child
Shift One Womans Shift and one Sheet now produced
and found in the possession of a person now present who
calls himself George Smith< no role >
are this Informants property
and were stolen at the time of the said Burglary and
felony
