off the Handles he gave the Knives & Forks to

the Pewter Pepper Castor. That he took the silver
Ornaments from the Tea Chest and melted them
with the Handles of the Knives & Forks and the
rest of the Plate at said Vandenbergh's and sold it to Mr. Blank Refinery in Long Acre for that
on the preceding Night said Keep Vandenberg
Durham Holden and Harding this Examinant
were at a Ball in Duck Lane togetherThat at
about 12 o'Clock. Vandenbergh went away and
Keep went home with this Examint. That soon
after Durham and Harding came to this Exam [..]
House and Durham told him in the presence of Keep that
they were going to make a rare Speak meaning
a Robbery. That Keep staid with this Examt. all
Night and at about 6 o'Clock in the Morning
said Durham Holden & Harding brought the
Plate and other Things abovementioned and
Keep took them away (the Silk excepted which
he this Examt took himself) to Vandenbergh's House.

That on Thursday or Friday last was a fortnightweek he
bought 3 or 4 Gowns & Coatstwo white Cotton Counter-
panes, one white corded dimitty Bed Gown a scarlet
Coat one pair of Sheets one black Silk Waistcoat
1 or 2 Pair of black Sattin Breeches and two or
three Tissue Waistcoats of Durham Smith
and (as he believes) John Cutford< no role > for £4.10 -
That he sold to Keep the black silk Waistcoat
for 3/- the Counterpanes and one of the other Waistcoats
for £1.3.- That he sold one of the Gowns & Coats
to Mrs. Cox of the Horse Ferry Road for £1..7 -
the black Sattin Breeches to Vandenbergh for 3/
and the corded dimitty Bed Gown for 6/- and that
the Remainder of said Articles are those now
produced according to the best of his Recollec
tion
