Who being upon Oath severally say and first the
said Thomas Dawson< no role >
for himself says that
some time about March or April last he sold a
Scotch Carpet to The Right Honorable Harriet
Countess of Grosvenor And this Informant further
says that the Carpet now produced in the same
Carpet he sold to Lady
Grosvenor as aforesaid And
the said Charles Morieux< no role >
for himself says that
on Friday the 30th. of November last between eight
and nine o'Clock [..] three Men broke into the House of
said Lady
Grosvenor in Bolton that of which
this Informant has the care That as his
hearing a trampling of Feet he went down Stairs
with a Candle in his Hand when [..]
[..] he met three Men two of whom
seized him by the Throat and by his Hair
and that one of them secured him while the
others robb'd his Box of Five Guineas and
sane wearing Apparel [..] and a Carpet which
was upon the Parlour Floor
