saith that she heard the cry of Murder for near
a quarter of an Hour at first faint & afterwds.
londer, she thought it was some Man beating his
Wife that being alarmed she got up & looked out of
Window & saw Mary Davis< no role >
in the Court without her
Cap & in a very diskerells Condition
And this Informant Elizabeth Evans< no role >
for himself
saith that she heard the cry of Murder a great
while & hearing a Disturbance she opened the
Window & saw Mary Davis< no role >
in the Court without her
last & making a great outery that she spoke to her
& she said the Man wanted to Murder him, that the
next Morning she explained to her what had to passed
& that he had cannot knowledge of her against her Consent
And this Informant Elizabeth Lee< no role >
says that
she is a Servant
in the Neighbourhood & her
Windows overlooks the Court That she heard the
cry of Murder about 12 o'Clock some times lond
& sometimes less lend as though a Person was
choaking that the Prisoner afterwards came
to the Window & she heard him saydama
her it serves her Right
And these Informants Mary Boulton & Elizabeth
Evans say that upon examining the said Mary
Davis there appeared a swelling on the Right side
of her Groin
