Who being upon Oath saith that about the Month of September last

Joseph Lomas< no role >
applied to Informant and requested him to entrust
sd. Lomas with a small quantity of Earthen Ware in order to enable him
to set up a Stal on Tower Hill
for the selling thereof and thereby to maintain
his Wife
and Children. That Informant accordingly entrusted sd Lomas with
Earthen Ware< no role >
to the Amount of about forty shillings and the sd Lomas
afterwards continued to purchase small quantities of Earthen Ware of
InformantThat [..] said Earthen Ware was never delivered
to sd Lomas without this Informants Order and sd. Lomas always took
said Earthen Ware away himselfThat Informant hath frequently
missed Earthen Ware from his Warehouse and hath asked Thomas Beasar
the Porter what were become of the Goods so missing to which sd Beasar
generally answered they were sold in the ShopThat the three Blue
edged Dishes & Two Sallad Dishes,and the Two saw leatenow produced
are the property of this Informant and Samuel Hollings< no role >
his Partner and
were as Informant beleives feloniously stolen from their said Warehouse
