The Information of Ann Salt< no role >
Daughter of Henry Salt< no role > of Black Swan Alley London
Wall Coachman of the Age of Thirteen years & an half
or thereabouts & Elizabeth Salt< no role > Mother of the said
Ann Salt< no role > who being upon Oath severally Say &
first this Informant Ann Salt< no role > for herself saith
that on the Evening of Friday Senight about 6
o'Clock as she was going of a Message the Prisoner
Richard Higgins< no role > over took her in Houndsditch & asked
her where she was going she told him to Heydon Squares
& he desired her to go down Whitechapel , He took
her into a Yard which she has since learnt is George
Yard that he asked her to go into a House which she
objected to & held by the Door Post, but he pulled her
in, that he kept her along time upon the bottom
of the Stairs & she refused to go up that at length
he laid hold of her Hands & pushed her up Stairs
before him, they went into a Bed Room He asked
her to set down in the Bed & then she told him for
Gods sake to be quiet but he woud not and then he
threw her all alongshe struggled so much as she wud
but He was too strong for her & had possession of her
Body against her Will and ConsentShe believes as
far as she can judge it was about ten Minutes
before he enterd her Body; that she cried out
but nobody came to her Assistances, that she
found nothing wet or insist cause from him. but
had her Terms or Menses upon her that Day
That she got off the Bed & was going out of the
Room put he stopped her & threw her upon the Bed
again, against her Consent that he asked her to
lot him do so again & She said us she shoud [..]
& struggled with him but he over powered her &
her strength was quite exhausted & he had
