The Informations of Ann Pritchard< no role > of Sea Coal Lane in
the City of London , Spinster , & Richard Willy of Durham Yard West
Smithfield in the said City Patrol and Mary Liversuch [..] Fleet Lane in the said City,WidowWife of Samuel Liversuch Who being upon Oath severally
say, And First the said Ann Pritchard< no role > for herself saith, that
she lodged with the Prisr. now under now under Examinant Hannah Wickfall
in Sea Coal Lane aforesaidSaith on Tuesday [..] Night last about
half past 10 o'Clock the said Hannah Wickfall< no role > came to Bed to her &
soon after appeared to be asleepSaith that in about a Quarter of
a Hour after, hearing a Noisein the Roomsheatawoke the said
Hannah Wickfall< no role > and told her there was somebody in the Room and
it being light she observed the shade of a shortest WomanSaith
that being alarmed she got out of Bed so see if her Box of Cloaths, which
She had seen under the Bed when she went to Bed was safe and when she had
got a light her Box was not thereSays that on missing it she
immediately said it was the other Prisoner Elizabeth Johnson< no role > who had
taken it, having seen her frequently at the Lodgings of the said Hannah
WickfallSaith that she desired the Prisoner Hannah Wickfall to
shew her the Lodgings of the said Elizabeth Johnson< no role > , which she pretended
to do, but as it afterwards appeared, went quite a Contrary WaySaith
that having reason to suspect that the Prisoner Hannah Wickfall< no role > had left
the Door of her said Lodging unlocked, altho' on her First waking her she
had said it was locked, she charged her into CustodySaith that she
got Assistance and upon strict Search her Boxandwas found broken
open with the Cloaths now produced, and which are her Property, in it,
in the Apartments of [..] William Darby< no role > , with whom the
said Prisoner Elizabeth Johnson< no role > was then in [..] Company

And the said Richard Willey< no role > for himself saith
that having received Information of the above Robbery, he made search
after the Parties concerned, and upon searching the Lodgings of the said
Prisoner William Darby< no role > , he found the Caravan Box and the different
Articles of wearing Apparel now by him produced in his RoomSaith
that the Prisoner Elizabeth Johnson< no role > was in Bed with himSaith
that under these Circumstances to took them both into Custody

And the said Mary Liversuch for herself saith
that about a quarter part eleven o'Clock at Night on Tuesday last she saw
the Prisoner Elizabeth Johnson< no role > , as she was standing at her own Door, come
from Sea Coal lane aforesaid with a Bundle covered over, which had the
Appearance of a Box, and go up Black and White Court in Fleet Lane
with it.
