Mr. Cullen who attended with him before the Magistrate
to return next Day to the Pay Office, That he then
went Home and in the Evening Hines came up to him
to whom he told what had passed at the Office and at
Guildhall
and that there was a Warrant against him
upon which the Prisoner desired Witness and his
Wife
to get ready and came out, That they accordingly
got ready and went with the Prisoner into a Coach
and were drove about Two Miles from their own Lodgings
and set down at a Public House where they had a Pot
of Beer. That the Prisoner promised to be with them
next Day between Ten and Eleven o'Clock, That they
were desired by him to sleep there that Night and that
he had paid for their Lodgings, Witness slept there
with his Wife and [..] the Prisoner came to them
about Seven o'Clock next Evening and told them to
get ready, that the Stage would call for them and that
he had paid thirty Shillings for their Outside Passage
to Bristol
. Prisoner then gave Witness a Line to
direct a Letter to him from Limerick
when he got House
and he would pay him his Money when he received it himself

Two Guineas in past Payment
of the next Money to be received, and Seven Shillings as a Present
That Witness was at Dublin about Three Years ago intending to
come over to England and has not been there since. That the
Witness told [..] Hines that he had promised to be at Mr.
Ommaney's next Day who them observed to the Witness he did
not care for any Body.
