That about Nine
o'Clock he went into the Water Closet in his
said Home That when he came at the
Window in the said Water Closet was shut
down That between six and seven o'Clock

Knock'd at the bed Room door of this Informant
and told him the House was Robbed That he
this Informant got up immediately and Faind
his Writing Deck a Japan Cabinet and a Clock
in the Kitchen broke open and the following
things stolen Vizt. several Mournings a
Jocket with a Ladies Hain Plaited an Amethyse
Ring set with Diamonds and Garnets Captain
Cooter Medal, An Opera Glass in a Shagreers
Case Three Shirts Mark'd J. D. and Numberer
an Antique Ring a Snuff Box Tortoise shell with
the Picture of a Lady on the Inside a Spa Snuff
Box varnished and representing the Fountain at Spa
