The Informations of John
Buckley of No.266 Bermondsey Street
in the Borough of Southwark in the
County of Surrey Esquire taken before
me this First day of March 1787 .

Who being upon Oath saith that the Acceptance
to the Bill of Exchange now produced by Benjamin Ward< no role > Purporting to be
drawn by Benjamin Greg< no role > on or John Buckley< no role >
No.266 Bermondsey Street Borough for the
Payment of Thirty Pounds to the order of the said
Benjamin Gregson< no role > Two Months after date and
dated London December 14th. 1785. is not the
Acceptance of or Handwriting of this Informant
nor was it wrote by the direction or with the
Knowledge converter approbation of this Informant
And this Informant Further says that the Indorsement
to the Bill of Exchange now produced by Thomas Payor Purporting to
be drawn by John Creswell< no role > on Messrs. Samuel
Clark and Son Morley near Leeds Yorkshire for
the Payment of Fifteen Pounds ten Shillings
to the order of Joseph Webster< no role > two Months after date
dated Manchester December 15th. 1785 is not
the Indorsement of or Handwriting of this Informant
nor was it wrote by the direction or with the Knowledge
consenter Approbation of this Informant And
this Informant Further says that the Indorsement
to the Bill of Exchange also not produced by Randall Walworth Purporting
to be drawn by John Creswell< no role > on Messrs. Murfill
Son and Compy. Leeds Yorkshire for the Payment
of Ten Pounds to the order of John Hibbard Forty
days after date and dated Manchester January
14th. 1786 is not the Indorsement of or Handwriting of
this Informant nor was it wrote by the direction
or with the Knowledge consent or approbation of
this InformantThat the Indorsement of
