Brosnan of the Parish of St. Giles in the Fields Middx
Watchman who being upon Oath severally say &
First the sd. John Carter< no role > for himself saith that on
Tuesday Morning the 10th. Instant this Informant
found on searching his Room that he had lost several
Articles of wearing Apparrel And this Informant
Timothy Brosnan< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. for himself saith That between
Five & Six oClock on the said 10th. Day of April
Instant he stopt the Prisoner Ann Meather in Great Queen
Street Lincoln Innfields with a bundle wrapt
up in her Lap containing wearing Apparrel
and Suspecting them to be stolen in detained her &
took her to Saint Giles's Watchkoase And the said
John Carter< no role > Further saith that 2 Cloth Waiscoats< no role >
& a pair of Breeches taken upon the Prisoner &
now produced & shewer to him are his Property
