George Wigley< no role > is the Property of the said Doctor
Douglas And the said Francis Flemington< no role >
himself saith that the Ellsee Case and the Tooth
Pick case now produced by him this Informant
(and sworn to by the said Doctor Douglas to be
his Property) were Pawned

At his Master Shop for Two Shillings by the
Person now present who calls himself John
Phillips but who then said his Name was
Smith And the said George Wighley< no role > for himself
saith that the Shirt now Produced by this Informant
was Pawned at his Master Shop on Tuesday the
6th. Instant by the Prisoner John Phillips< no role > in
the Name of John Smith< no role > And the said Charles
Jealons for himself says that he apprehended the
Prisoner Phillips on Wednesday last and that
he found the Key and the Two Duplicates now
produced upon him And the said Elizabeth
Humphreys for herself says that the Prisoner
Phillips on Tuesday Morning last came to her
House and gave an Egg Trunkett which she believes
to be the Trinkett now produced to her Child and
that she gave the said Trinkett to the said Luke
Aslop And the said Luke Aslop for himself
says that he received the said Egg Trinkett on
Thursday Evening last From the said Elizabeth
Humphreys
