That another Draft of this Informants which now
appeare to Ledded 13th. Septr. 1785 Payable to Chas. Brewer
By or bearer for £9..0.0..200 When delivered by
this Informant to the said Robert Jaques< no role > dated
Sept. 30th. 1785 All wht or said last mentioned Draft
this Informant verily believes were also either altered
by Mr. Jaques [..] his Knowledge or procarement
or uttered and Published by him as true knowing
them to have been forged and altered Andthis
further Saith. That the said Draft Which now appears
to be dated Augt. 10th. 1785. was not one of the Drafts
which were paidinat his Bankes Before the said
20th. of Sep. 1785.
