The Information of Thomas Hincliff< no role >
taken on Oath the 22d. day of February
1786 before me one of his Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the said County

Who on his Oath Saith that about three Weeks
ago he was at the house of Mrs. Palmer in Old
North Street Red Lyon square Holborn and whilst
he was there Mrs. Palmers house was broke open
and that there was stolen therefrom a Hat and
a Great Goat his property and some Cotton, and
saith that he believes that a Great Coat now
produced by John Armstrong< no role > a Peace officer is
the property of this Informant
