Westminster to Wit

The Information of John George of Holliwell
Street in the Strand Mercer taken before me
this 7th. day of February 1786

Who being upon Oath saith that on or about the
twentieth day of December last seven pieces of coloured and
black sattin Were stolen in his Shopand further says
that about twenty eight yards of black Sattin now produced
he is very sure is his property and is part of the said
Sattin so stolen as aforesaid
