this Deponent
by himself and Friends as he
(this Deponent verily believes) hath made several
Applications to the said John Wickey< no role >
so have his
this Deponent Papers and other Effects delivered
up but without Effect He this Deponent having
never been able to procure any part of his property
or Paper (except a few Body Cloaths) And
this Deponent further Saith that he this
Deponent hath caused an Action to be commenced
against the said John Wickey< no role >
for the Recovery
of the said Effects which action cannot come
on to be Tried before next Hilary Term And
this Deponent further Saith that he hath been
informed and believes that the said John
Wickey or some person or Persons to whom he
the said John Wickey< no role >
has delivered the same
still detains this Deponents said Property and
Paper some of which Papers are necessary
and material to this Deponent in Order to enable
him to make a proper defence
