The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
-Wardens and Over seers of the Parish of saint Bartho
comers the Great in the said City.

Sherveth,

That by an Order of removal under the Hands
and Seals of the Right, Honorable Robert Peckham< no role > Mayor
and John hart< no role > Esquire Alderman two of his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the said City, one where of being of the Quorum,
bearing Date the first Day of May, one Thousand seven Hundred
and eighty four- Thomas Martin< no role > Mary < no role > his Wife and their
four Children namely Thomas< no role > aged ten years, Elizabeth< no role > aged
seven Years, James< no role > aged five years, and Joseph< no role > aged there
year were removed from the Parish of Saint Glies without
Cripplegate in the said City, to the said Parish of Saint Bartholourew
the Great to be the place of their last legal Settlement
whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved,

Your Petitioners therefore most humbly appeal
to the Court against the said Adjudication of the said
Justice and their said order- And your Petitioners
shall ever may Ee
