Witness es And this Deponent further Saith
that his Majesty's Ship that Hyena having
been sent to the said Coast for the Evidence
for and against this Deponent this Deponent
hath been informed and verily believes the
said Ship returned from the said Coastwithout
and arrived in Portsmouth Harbour sometime
in the Month of October last without bringing.

And this Deponent further Saith That he is
informed and verily believes that she said Pinder

William Copland< no role > are now on the said Coast of
Africa and that if they are permitted to come to
England and Orders sent by the Secretary of 6
State for that purpose they may as he verily
believes be in England within the Space of 6
Six Months from the Time of Sending the Order
which this Deponent hath directed his Sollicitor
to apply for And this Deponent further Saith
