the City of London and the Worshipful
the Alderman his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace For the said City, at
their General Quarter Session of the
Peace assembled.

The Humble Petition of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Stephen in Coleman Street , London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an order or Pass
Warrant under the Hands and Seals of two of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace For the said City of
London , one Whereof being of the Quorum, bearing
Date the thirteenth day of September last past,
Ann< no role > the Wife of Michel Dunning< no role > who is gone
From her, and her three Children , namely
Catharine< no role > aged ten Years Ann< no role > aged eight Years
and Michel< no role > aged three Years, were removed
From the Parish of Alhallows Barking in the
said City, to the said Parish of Saint Stephen in
Coleman Street as the Place of their last legal
Settlement.

That your Petitioners conceiving
themselves to be aggrieved by the said Order of
the said two Justices, humbly appeal against the
same

And Pray that this Honble:
Court will please to here and
determine their said Appeal,
and make such Order therein
as shall be just

And your Petitioners will ever Pray Etc
