Whereas Kenith Mackenzie< no role > Esquire hath been this day
Examined at the Board, before Us the Lords of His Majestys
Privy Council, touching the Felony and Murder of his supposed
Nephew Kenith Murray Mackinzie< no role > by hem the said Kenith
mackenzie< no role > supposed to be commetted at Moree on the coast of Africa ,
And Whereas upon such Examination, and upon Information of
John Jones< no role > We do Vehemently Suspect, and think to be Vehemently
Suspected, the said Kenith Mackenzie< no role > , of feloniously and Wilfully
with Malice afore thought, murdering the said Kenith Murray
Mackenzie confesing that the said Keneth Murray Mackenzie was
put to DeathThese are therefore in His Majestys Name to Command
You, that You do Immediately receive the Body of the savd Kenith
Mackenzie into Your Custody and him safely keep till he shall be
discharged by due Course of Lawand for so doing this shall be Your
WarrantFrom the Council Chamber Whitehall the 23d. day of
October 1783
