For a Felony.

Edward Ogle< no role > of Billiter Square in the City of London
Merchant Maketh oath and Saith that being bound over
to appear as Evidence against the Prisoner , he attended
several days for that purpose And this Deponent further
Saith that not expecting the Tryal to come on so soon
this afternoon and having a business of a particular
nature to Transact this Deponent could not Attend
until about half an hour after the Prisoner Thomas Money< no role >
was Tried And this Deponent further Saith that
Particular business. only was the reason of his not
Attending and not with any Fairr a Partiality to the
Prisoner or a wish to ev [..] de Justices
