taken on Oath before me one of his Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the said County.
This Informant John Owen< no role >
on his Oath Saith That he is Servant
to the Keeper of Newgate
and that in February Sessions last
William Blatherhorn< no role >
the Prisoner now under Examination was Tryed
and Convicted of Felony at the Sessions house in the Old Bailey
and was
ordered by the Court to be Transported to America
for the Term of
seven years And further Saith That Francis Burke< no role >
the Prisoner
now under Examination was in January Sessions One thousand seven
Hundred and Eighty two Capitally Convicted of a Highway Robbery
at the Sessions house in the Old Bailey
but afterwards received
his Majestys Pardon on Condition of being Transported to
America
during Life And further Saith that he verily believes
that the said William Blatherhorn< no role >
and Francis Burke< no role >
are two
of the Convicts who lately made their Escape from the Transport
Vessell.
And this Informant Samuel Harper< no role >
on his Oath Saith
That he yesterday apprehended the said William Blatherhorn< no role >
and at large a Public house called the Bell and Grenadier
in Montague Court Bishopsgate Street
London And that
he apprehended the said Francis Burke< no role >
last night in
Pettycoate Lane London
.
