The Information of James Richards< no role > and
John Parlaman< no role > taken on Oath before me Charles
Triquet Esquire one of his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex the 13th day of
September 1783.

The Examinant James Richards< no role > Saith that at Sundry times
there hath been Feloniously Stolen out of his Shop in Bridgewater
Square London divers quantitys of Pieces of Silver and Silver
Filings his Property and further saith that he suspects
and verily believes that one William Russell< no role > a Journeyman
Watchcase maker who worked for this Informant [..] is the
person who stole the same And that he verily believes that
the pieces and Filings of Silver now produced by Samuel
Yardley are part of the Silver Stolen form him as aforesaid

And this Informant John Parlaman Saith that he lives in
the [..] Rose Walk in Bricklane in the Parish of Saint Luke
And that this day William Russell< no role > the Prisoner now under
Examination sold to this Informant the said Pieces and
Filings of [..] Silver now produced by the said
Samuel Yardley< no role > for the sum of Twenty shillings and
Six pence which this Informant then paid him for the
Same
