prosecution of Thomas Irons.

Take Notice that I the said Richard Small< no role > intend to appear at the
General Session of Oyer and Terminer to be holden for the City of London at
Justices Hall in the Old Bailey within the said City (by Adjournment) on
Saturday the Nineteenth day of October Instant at Nine of the Clock in
the Morning and there and there prosecute may Traverse with Effect on
the Indictment preferred against me for a Misdemeanor Dated the
17th. day of October 1782 .
