saith that a Piece of black woolten Cloth, now produced
of which the
two parts
Cloth now produced is a Part,was delivered at his
Warehouse
in Bond Court, Walbrook, on or about the
Eighth Day of November Instant-Says, that on the
eleventh Day of the same Month, the said Piece of
Cloth to delivered in Bond Court aforesaid, was missed and
stolen
supposed to be stolen out of the WarehouseSays, that an Enquiry was
set on Feet, and it being recollected, that the Prisoner
now under Examination,

the Warehouse upon Business, Suspicion Fell upon
him, Informant went to his Master Mr Thomas
Houston, a Packer and Prosser, in Great Saint Helen's
and imparter to him his doubts of the Prisoner's
Honestythe Prisoner From the Information of
Edward Hopkins< no role >
, now at the Bar, was apprehended
and secured last Night in the Poultry
Compter-Says
that the two Pieces of woollen Cloth now produced
compose together the whole Piece of Cloth delivered
as aforesaid, at Informant's Warehouse in Bond Court
aforesaid, and stolen therefrom, and are of the Value
of Five Pounds and upwards.
