Charges and Expences of the said Action of Prepare dies and in the
usual manner taxed by the proper Offence of the said leased of Common
Place and which said Costs have been taxed and settled at the sum of
Twenty nine Pounds five shillings

That your Petitioner did on the twenteeth day of February instant
duly obtain and sign final Judgement and the said Action in the said Court
of Common Please against the said Thomas Sainsbury< no role > and William Crickton< no role >
the Defendants therein for the said two sums of Seventy two Pounds ten
shillings and Twenty nine Pounds five shillings making together the
sum of One Hundred and one Pounds fifteen shillings being the whole
amount of the Damages and Costs so by your Petitioner Sustained In
the manner and on the occasion aforesaid which said final Judgement
now remain entered upon record and in full force in the said Court

That your Petitioners have lately in their said Judgement so
[..] aforesaid sustained his Majesty< no role > 's Nail of Levan Facias< no role > in the
said Court of Common Phas against the said Defendants in the said
Action for the raising and levying of your Petitioners said Damage and
Costs and have pursuwant to the Statute or Statutes in such case inside &
provided delivered the said Wait to the Sheriff of the said City of London
to be by them presented and delivered to your Lordshop and Worship
in order that you Petitioners said Damages and Costs may be received
levied and collected on the Goods and Chattles of the Inhabitants
within then said City according to the directions contained in the
said Statute or Statutes

Your Petitioners the Plaintiffs in the said Action
therefore humbly request and intreat your Lordship and
your Worships that you will immediately cause the said
sum of One Hundred and one Pounds fifteen shillings to
be raised lesied and collectes on the Inhabitants of the
said City of London and to be afterwards paid to your
Petitioners the said Plantiffs they being the Persons
