The Informations of George Hooker< no role > Apprentice to Samuel
Hooker of Hand Court Golden Lane in the Parish of
Saint Luke in the County of Middlesex Ribbon Weaver
and William Pettey< no role > of three Oak Lane [..]
Tooley Street< no role > Cooper Taken this 23d January 1780

[..] George Hooker< no role > saith that in Monday Evening last he
was taken into the Pealty Compter Prison and upon his going through
this Timer Gate a silk Hand kerchief that he had about his neck was
stolen from him that it was so dark that he old not see by whom
it was taken

Informant William Pettey< no role > saith that being a Prisoner in
the Poultry Compter at the time of the said other Informant being
[..] last he saw the William Deadross< no role > This name instance is in a workspace.
[..] said Informant
[..] the Inner Gate go up to him and take his
Hand kerchief of his Neck that being in the Middle Ward of
the Prison same Evening in company with Deadress the Prisoner
now under Examination, Deadress pulled from under his Coat as
Silk Hand Kerchief which he then declared Publicly he had taken
from Informant Hooker
