such ways and means as are mentioned and expressed in and
by and as shall be pursuant to the Statute or Statutes in such
Case made and provided and Particularly [..] several Statutes
made in the 27th year of the reign of Queen Elizabeth the 1st year
of the reign of King Geo the 1st. the 8th year of the reign of King
Geo the 2d and the 22d year of the reign of King Geo the 2 And
that you will be pleased to made Issue and grant such
precept and Precepts Order and Orders of Sessions for the
purposes aforesaid as to you Lordship and Worships shall
seem meet & Proper.
