several things following to wit the said two Silver Table Spoons
[..] three Silver Tea Spoons two Silk Gown on Linen
Gown four Linen Shirts a pair of Silk Breeches two pairs of
Cloth Breechen one Cloth Coat four Cloth Waistcoats, six
pairs of Linen Sheets, three Drinity Waistcoats and about
three Dozen of Napkins being in the whole of the Value of ten
pounds and upwards says that the said prisoners never
returned to their Lodging 11 nor did he ever see either of them
until they [..] were lately taken into Custodysays that they
have not recovered more than four Gowns and one Silver Ten
Spoon says that the prisoner acknowledged to have taken three Shirts.And [..] Informant [..]
that [..] one O'Clock on the aforesaid Friday said [..]

Mary Young< no role > [..] in the Yard lifted up the dark to and [..]
of him [..] of Beer, says that there was [..] bying [..]
[..] Table [..] above to the Window a Silver Ten
Spoon which she [..] out two House and no prison
except the said two prisoners [..] had been in the [..] she verily
believes that Mary Young< no role > took it [..] the Saturday
to [..] Ament up Hairs with the [..] and this
imposed the Things abovementioned [..] that the Shirts above
mentioned [..] with the Latters J.C.
And this
Informant Ann Griffin< no role > for hard saith that about [..]
fifteen months ago
William Ward< no role > for himself saith that
the things now produced by him to wit a Mans Cloth Coat and Breeches
a pair of Sheets a White Pettycoat three Shirts two Silver Table Spoons
and two Tea Spoons, were pawned to him this Informant by the prisoner
Charles Thompson< no role > , part of them on the 31st. of March 1780 and the
Remainder on the day followingAnd the Informant Thomas
Churchill for himself further saith that the things now produced
by the Informant Ward are all of them the property of him this
Informant, and further saith that he is thoroughly satisfied that
the said Mary Young< no role > , was privy to and concerned in stealing the said Goods.
