First the Informant Robert Christie for himself saith that he and
James Christie< no role > are the Owner of the Pensy Waina Packet Captain James
Bartholomew< no role > Commander and that John Tridale< no role > Abraham Jacobs< no role > and
the Prisoner Robert Bell< no role > were severally belonging to the said Pocket
as Private Men and entered in November 1779 and were bound to
the West Indies in Government Service where she now continues
as this Informant hath heard and believes And this Informant
further saith that he hath looked at a certain Bill of Exchange
