The joint and several Information of Ann the Wife of
John Kyell< no role > , and Ann Kettorns Spinster
Who being on Oath severally say as follow
and first this Informant Ann Kyell for herself
saith that a Shirt now produced is the Property
of her Husband and was entrusted with her to
wash And the said Ann Ketterns< no role > for herself
saith, that Yesterday about two O'Clock, she saw
a Man in Company with William Birks the
Prisoner now under Examination lift him a
up a high Wall in Cloth Fair Within this City
and she also saw the Prisoner take a Shirt
which she believes to be the same now produced
off a Line Where the same was hanging Says
that she met the Prisoner who [..] gave the shirt
to her and said he had picked it up
