and first this Informant Ann Kyell for herself
saith that a Shirt now produced is the Property
of her Husband and was entrusted with her to
wash And the said

saith, that Yesterday about two O'Clock, she saw
a Man in Company with William Birks the
Prisoner
now under Examination lift him a
up a high Wall in Cloth Fair
Within this City
and she also saw the Prisoner take a Shirt
which she believes to be the same now produced
off a Line Where the same was hanging Says
that she met the Prisoner who

to her and said he had picked it up
