Who being upon Oath say, and first the said Charles Jealous< no role >
for himself says that in Consequence of an Information that some persons
were coining in the house of Joseph Carter< no role >

he together with the said Percival Philips< no role >
and David Prothero< no role >
and other Officers
went to the said House-Says that he went up into the Three pair of Stairs
Room and in a little Room on the left hand of it, he saw three persons
now present who call themselves Joseph Carter< no role >
Mary Carter< no role >
and Elizabeth
Carter< no role >
who immediately got off their Seats on his entering the RoomSays
that they were all three at Work upon a Bench on which lay three
different parcels of Counterfeit silver now produced and that he saw the
said Elizabeth Carter< no role >
drop from out of her Apron some Counterfeit silver
also now producedThat the said Joseph Carter< no role >
was in his Waiscoat, his
Shirt Sleeves< no role >
tucked up, without his Stockings, and had on a white Night Cap
and a Leather ApronThat the Thumb of his left hand was covered with
a piece of Leather and that his hands were very blackThat the said
Elizabeth Carter< no role >
had on a Bed Gown, that her sleeves were also tucked up and
her hands very blackThat the said Mary Carter< no role >
had on a black Petticoat
which was very much burnt with Aqua Fortis and that her hands were
very blackSays that in another Room on the same Floor was a
Furnace which to all appearance had been worked out that morning
with a large Quantity of other Implements, such as Flasks, with Sand
facing it, and every thing Compleat for Coining together with the Patterns
