in consequence of his producing the said Pardon
And this Informant now chargeth the said Richard
Hutton upon his Oath with not having complied
with and fulfilled the Conditions annexed to the
said Pardon henothavingInlisted with this
received a Shillings from this Informant but
having affected his Escape from him before he
could be attested and having continued at large
from the said 24th. of March last untill the
time of his being now apprehended

And this Informant James Hyde< no role > for himself
saith that the remembers the person now present
who calls himself Richard Hutton< no role > being capitalls Convicted at
the Old Bailey for an Highway Robbery and had been
Informed that the said Richard Hutton< no role > had been
Testified but having never heard that he had received
a pardon and seeing him at large suspected that
he had by some means or other made his Escape
out of Newgate wherefore he apprehended him
after which having received Information of what
had passed with the other Informant Edward Egginton< no role > This name instance is in a workspace.
he went and gave him Notice that the said Richard
Hutton was in Custody
