who is a Lodger in a House that this Informant
and the said Richard Hutton< no role >
were in a back Room
when they came down Stairs from speaking to
his Mother the said Richard Hutton< no role >

might go to a back Room on the Ground Floor to
speak to his Sister to which this Informant
consented when the said Richard Hutton< no role >
took
that Opportunity to attempt and did effect his
Escape from this Informant this Informant
further saith that he hath not been the said Richard Hutton< no role >
since the
time he made his escape on the 24th. day of March
last as aforesaid and untill he was sent for to the
Rotation Office in Litchfield Street a few days ago
to look at the prisoner who had been apprehended
by the other Informant James Hyde< no role >
and this
Informant further saith that the person now present
who calls himself Richard Hutton< no role >
is the person named
inthe Warranta Pardon granted to him by His
Majesty Dated the 20th day of March last for a
Robbery on the Highway for which he had been tied
and Consisted at the Sessions holden in the month
of February 1779 of received sentence of death for the
same & which parson was upon the Condition
of his Inlisting & continuity to serve his Majesty< no role >
in his Land Service and that the said Richard
Hutton wasproduceddelivered to this Informant
