that Dept. particularly noticed her where she was [..]
delivered, whether in the Necessary or in any other Place
to which she answered, in the Necessary: says he
found she had before been lying mansd. Beds which Bed
Dept. examined but saw nothing thereto induce him to
[..] [..] she had been there delivered that abt. the sd. Hour
of 8 when Dept. went with his sd. Palmer and saw the sd.
Child it appeared to be much stronger and better in every
respect and looked likely to live as aforesd. that they stayed thus
abt. ten Minutes and Dept. oath return saw the Child afterwds. till the
note as when it was dead. Says that when Dept. Colted there
again the next Morning hew as informed the Child died abt.
4 the same Morning in Sensation Fitt. Says that none of
the Soil appeared to Dept to be get into the Month of the Child, and
Dept. apprehends the Child could not suffer much from it at
all from the Strench of the Place, and that it is probable the
Child might have been seized with a Convulsion Fitt
had it not been thrown into the Necessary

Elizabeth Tracey< no role > Spinster and [..] Several to the said Martin
Robinson maketh oath and saith that on Friday last the 23d.
of July last between the Hours of two and three in the Afternoon
Dept. being in her Master in Kitchen Nancy Robinson came
there and told her Mother that there was a Noise in the
Necessary like the saying of a Cot when Dept Mistress
with the Child immediately went there and was Mr. Robinson's
Ro [..] she said, it was the Crying of a Child, on which it Dept.
immediately went and Mr. Dawson being there he charg [..]
to be the Noice Hales and lyed to pull up the Flan of the Vault but
wd. not but the same was presently pulled by Mr. Ellis but
Dept. want away before any thing was found: that abt. therefore
Hanster wds. a Child said to be taken not of the Necessary was
brought into the in a Kitchenor a Warnans Lapenham by Dept.
alive and said much says the Child died the next Morning
out 3 in a Convulsion Fitts Says that in 24th. of the Sd. July
between 8 & 9 in the Morning in Mils giv at him sd desiring
Dept. to take out of her Bea in which her Wearing Appeal
was, a Bed govern, Dept. saw there a Cap and Forehead
Cheath for a new born Infant.
