Buildings Dealer in Tea maketh Oath and saith that
on Friday the 23d. of July inst. between two and then in
the Afternoon this Dept. was present at Mr. Robinson's
House where a Child was said to tease burn in the
Necessary where Dept. with Mr. Ellis and Mr. Dawson
and there heard the Crying of a Child says that part of the
Floor was immediately ripped up when a newborn
Female Infant appeared alive lying on her Back upon
the Soil : that Mr. Ellis instantly took it out and put it
in Depts. Lap, and Dept. directly was had it with some
Geneva and Water; says the sd. Child before and after
the washing of it cryed strong that Dept. thus wrapped
it in warm Flannets and keft and never suit it sines

Robinson's Houses but Mr. Weight not being at home
Dept. went there with Mr. Ellis that when Dept. came
her found the sd. Child washed and leaned but very cold; that
the Naval String of the Child had not been lied, that Dept.
tied it and cut it off at ne proper length; that Dept. carefully
could ined the sd Child which no mark of Violence appeared
that finding the Child Dept. directed the Stoamach of it to be
rubbed with Brandy which was done in Depts. presence,
that he stayed with the Child a Quarter for Hour, which camed
to the every much it Dept. old is the Brandy in future to be
and but little and to rubb the Children with Flann its to came
