The Information of Thomas Tookey< no role > , taken
before me this 15th.. day of March 1779

Who being upon Oath says that on the 24th. day of December
last a Commission of Bankruptey was issued and awarded
against Thomas Tyler< no role > and that the said Thomas Tyler< no role > finished
his last Examination on the sixth day of February last Says
he doth verily believe and suspect that the said Thomas
Tyler hath removed concealed and emberrled a certain part
of his Estate and Effects to the Value of twenty Pounds
and upwards with Intent to defrand his Creditors. and
doth also believe and suspects that one Richard Dowding< no role >
of Wapping Wall , Cooper. can guie material Evidence of the same.
