These are to certify that at the General Quarter Session of the peace of
our Lord the King holden for the City of London at the Guildhall within
the said City on Monday the Fifth day of July in the Nineteenth Year
of the Reign of his present Majesty Joseph Ward< no role > was and Stands
Indicted with others for assaulting William Miller< no role > one of the
Marshals of the said City in the Execution of his Office To which Indictment
the said Joseph hath not as yet appeared or pleaded Dated the thirtieth
Day of July in the Year of our Lord 1779-
