Anne Hutchins< no role > Spr . Servant to the deced at the
time of his death maketh Oath and saith that on
Monday Morning the 5th. of July inst. abt. the Hour of
3 the deced came homes and stooping down to unbuckle his

which he answered that had met with Mr.
Lister who had taken him to the Watchhouse as a
pressed man and that Lister had given him a
Blow which he feared wod. be his death, and that
he was sure he shod. not live 14 days over, which
words he repeated Several times daily till he died
which was on Tuesday the 13th inst. that Dept. assisted
in undressing the deced and he went to Bad in abt. a
Quarter of an Hour after he got home That he use
abt. 9 the same Morning and after having drank
some Coffee went out to his usual work and returned
home abt. a Quarr. after to the same Morning and then
complained he was to ill that he wod. not do his
work, that Dept. gave him some Broth, that abt. half
an Hour afterwds. he went out again and went to the
brown and Ancher a Publick House where he stayed
till abt. 8 in the Evening and then returned and went to
Bed complaining very must and requesting Dept. to get him
some strengthening Plaisters to put or his side which
Dept did and then he went to Bed, that he was so ill that he
did not go out at all the next day's went out for same
time on the Wednesday but cod. not work and continued
[..] very ill to the time of his death which happened last
Tuesday the 13th. inst Says he daily sevt. lain as charged
Lister with having hurt him by giving him a Blore
upon his Stomach which wad. occasion his death
Says she believes the deced and Lister had no acquain
found with each other [..] before the Hant was given; that
abt. 11 in the Forenoon of Monday last the deced went out abt. the Neighbour
hood and was from home abt. a Quarter of an Hour bring
light headed and disordered in his mind, and that on
that Morning day the 13th. inst abt. 1 in the Morning he
Younggot out of Bed and on his Knew went to Rayert
Dept. having set up with him all night, and or Dept
requesting him to got into Bed, he refused, saying, the
Almighty called and be mad being his Orders, that he
went to Bed again, but abt. the Hour of 5 rose again
and went out of the House with his the others, that he was
same brought beck and died abt. 4 the same afternoon
