Brod. of the deced maketh Oath and saith that on Monday the 12th. inst.
having been informed that the deced was very ill
Dept. immediatly went to sar him and found him
to being ill, and after some discourse had with the
deced, the deced charged Lister with having given
the deced a fatal Blow, and repeated the same sevl.
times, that the was to Lister's Name, and them wrote
down what the Watchmen had done to him and
delivered the same to Dept. that Dept. continued with
him abt. 20 Minutes; that Dept.thewent to him
against he next day when here as senseless and died
the same day.
