Sanders then and there divers times feloniously
wilfully and of his malice aforethought did strike and

feloniously wilfully and of his malice aforethought
did kill and murder against the peace of our said Lord
the King his Crown and Dignity and that the said
John Light Banger after the committing the said Felony
