Who being upon Oath says that he sold on the 4th. day of April last for Mr.
Thomas Sherwood< no role > the of Houndsditch Woollen Draper now present Attorney
for the Revd . John Myonnett< no role > and the Revd , James French< no role > seven hundred Pounds
Stock in the three per Cent consolidated Bank Annuities for which he this
Informant received the Sum of first hundred and thirty Pounds Seven
Shillings and six pence being a the Rate of 78 5/8 P Cent. of William
Watson< no role > the Purchases and which said Sum he this informant paid to
the said Thomas Sherwood< no role > as the Attorney for the said Revd . John Myonnett< no role >
and the Revd , James French< no role > , that he saw the said Thomas Sherwood< no role > sign
his Name in the Transfer Book now produced and that the Name Thomas Sherwood< no role >
on the Letter of Attorney now produced is of the Hand writing of the
said Thomas Sherwood< no role > and further says that the Name S Nisbett in
the said Transfer Book is this Informant Hand Writing
