Evening between five and Six having hend that
a Child had been ran over & killed by a Court
thatDeponent the imediately stopt the last which was
there about Sixty Yards from the Place where the
Accident happened says there was no Driver there
according the Cart, nor did any Driver appear till abt.
2 or 3 Minutes afterwards, and when he came up
he asked Dept. what Business he and with his Cart
and gave him very abusive Language Says the Drivers

So cured him and Put him in the Borought Compter
and Yesterday conveyed to the Poultry
