WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Helen near Bishopsgate in the City of
London, That Abraham Royce< no role > a Lunatic is
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, andislikely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath ofElisabeth Royce< no role > his Wife as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the saidAbraham Royce
to be in the said Parish of Saint Stephen Walbrook in the
City of London
and that hithertoheought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish ofSaint Helen near Bishopsgate in the City
London, forthwith to remove and convey the saidAbraham
Royce the Lunatic above named
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint Stephen Walbrook in the City of London
Andhimdeliver unot the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our Order who is and are hereby required to receive a pro-
vide forhimaccording to Law. Given under our Hands
