At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our Lord the King
holden for the City of London at the Guildhall within the said
City on Monday the sixteenth day of October in the fifteenth
Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Law George the third
King of Great Britain Etc,

It is Ordered that the hearing and determination of the
Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Kender church in the County of Hereford
against the Order or Pass Warrant therein setforth touching the
Settlement of Sarah Smith< no role > Widow of James Smith< no role > and her
three Children James< no role > aged Nine Years William< no role > aged Seven
Years and Ann< no role > aged five Years which Stands adjourned unto
this day be and the same is hereby further adjourned unto the
next General Session of the Peace to be holden for the said City at
the Guildhall aforesaid on Monday the fourth day of December
next.
