of the Parish ofGidding Magna in the County of

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Botolph Aldgate without in the City of
London, ThatAnn Ward< no role > Widow of William Ward< no role > deceased
and her three Children William< no role > aged four Tean Ann< no role > aged Ten Years and
John< no role > aged Ten Weeks are
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, andarelikely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath ofthe said Ann Wardas otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the saidAnn Ward and her three Children William
Ann and John
to be in the said Parish ofGidding Magna in the County of
Huntingdon
and that hithertotheyought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish ofSaint Botolph Aldersgate without in the City of
London, forthwith to remove and convey the saidAnn Ward
and her three Children William, Ann and John
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Gidding Magna in the County of Huntingdon
Andthemdeliver unot the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our Order who is and are hereby required to receive a pro-
vide forthemaccording to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals, this14th Day of December One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Seventy four
